Inner Make-Over Workshop - Imagine transforming a negative or self-sabotaging
behaviour or attitude into one that stirs joy and pride. Imagine someone
you really admire and what it is like to be in their presence. What is it
you see in them that you wish for yourself? What would you love to be known
for? Do an inner "makeover" and transform your way of being. Be
prepared to express yourself!. -1.5 hrs.

Nia Exercise Class: Let the Nia class guide you to move your body the way
it was intended to move. It is a combination of carefully selected
movements and concepts . No prior training is necessary. Please sign up
ahead of time. Length of time 65 min.
Make-up Demonstration: Learn some techniques and tips to applying makeup for
the ultimate look. Supplies available for purchase after the presentation.
Length of time: 1 hr.
Interior Design Workshop: Have you ever had a room that you had no idea what to
do with? Or do you struggle with choosing the perfect colour scheme?. Gail
will excite you and invigorate you with helpful decorating techniques. Find
out the pros and cons of the new faux finishes. Time Frame: 1.5 hrs.
Inspirational Presentation with Tracey

Home Interiors Presentation: Length of time 1 hr. Learn your decorating style and
other simple decorating tricks. View the wide variety of interior items.
Items can be ordered & shipped to your home.
First Impressions Workshop: Length of time 1.5 hrs. Find out what your body image
says about you and learn tricks to enhance your image. Learn how to dress yourself
to enhance your assets.
PAMPERING SERVICES AND EXTRAS: Services must be paid separately by cash /cheque on
Fri evening directly to the service provider.
- Massage Therapy: Registered Massage Therapist Tiffany & Candace
will take care of all your problem areas. Only natural & essential oil
products used. $70.00 per hour or 0.5 hr sessions for $40.00.
- Certified Reflexologist: Leanne offers the following services:

corresponding to all organs $50.00 for 45 min.
· Reiki: Placing of hands on specific
